This includes a personalized meal plan and workout plan. The meal plan is configured by obtaining your current body stats and calculating your calories and macro-nutrients based on your specific goals (build muscle, loose fat or body re-composition). In addition to the meal plan you will be given your calories and macro-nutrients to utilize if you should want to try new foods or for certain days you will not be able to follow your meal plan. This program is for people with body specific goals. I highly recommend that you are mentally ready to take on the challenge and will be able to follow a meal plan and workout plan for the specific amount of time you choose. The nutrition plan and the meal plan compliment each other and with both tools you will be able to reach your body specific goals. This plan includes weekly check-ins.
