As part of my Nutritional Coaching Program, you’ll receive easy to follow recommendations on essential dietary nutrients, supplements and eating habits. This is not a diet or a meal plan, this is a healthy way of living. Meal Plan Only
I will calculate your Basic Metabolic Rate and your Total Daily Energy Expenditure. With this information and with your specific goal (build muscle, loose fat, re-composition) I will create a meal plan tailored specifically to you. If you choose 8 weeks. I will give you a 4 week plan and we will re-evaluate at week 4, I will re-calculate your numbers and adjust your meal plan accordingly. This plan does NOT include check-ins.
