I am a wife, mother of two and a full time paralegal. I started my fitness journey after high school, mostly running. I later discovered weight lifting around the age of 23 and I fell in love. I obtained my personal trainer certification through American Council of Exercise in July of 2017. From there I wanted to gain more knowledge about nutrition which led me to becoming certified through Precision Nutrition. Now I am eager and excited to help you learn about Nutrition and physical fitness and to give you the tools that you need to a healthier lifestyle.
